If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the provided receptacles. 4. Pets: Only pre-approved pets are allowed. Please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them both inside and outside. 5. Garbage & Recycling: Please use the trash and recycling bins provided. We encourage you to separate recyclables. Remove all trash from the cabin before check-out. 6. Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the kitchen and its amenities. Clean up after cooking and return all dishes, utensils, and cookware to their places. 7. Property Boundaries: Enjoy the 18-acre property, but please respect the natural surroundings. Avoid disturbing wildlife and do not trespass on neighboring properties. 8. Fires: Outdoor fires are allowed only in the designated fire pit. Please ensure the fire is completely out before leaving it unattended. 9. Damage: Accidents happen. Please inform us immediately of any damage so we can address it promptly.
