This house is a spacious house with nice views of Bill Williams mountain. It is located walking distance to downtown and .6 miles from the train station. It is only 4 blocks away from trails in Kaibab national forest. It has a large backyard, deck, weber grill, and doggie door for furry friends. This house is a neighborhood gem in a prime location. For additional sleeping space there is a play pen, queen air mattress and twin trundle under the bunk beds

Spacious home with family and living room, 3 downstairs rooms with a master and bath upstairs. Has a large yard, and is a charming place that will give you an at home feel to it. Across the street is open allowing for nice views

The House is a spacious place and located in town, close to the Safeway. Roku Tvs in each room, and living rooms beside one with the bunk beds. A very large TV is in the house as well. Has a working space, and washer and dryer in the house. House was lived in for a long time so should have everything you need! We welcome pets, but a pet fee of 75 dollars will be added to help with additional cleaning cost and yard maintenance required with being a pet friendly property.

Please also let host know before hand if bringing a service animal. -Smoking in the house is not permitted. An extra cleaning cost of $250 will be applied if damage from smoking is assessed. If smoking please do so outside and clean up all butts.

The house and location are perfect…… we felt right at home…… we have a big family and we always travel with our family Dogs the house is big and comfortable. The back yard is beautiful we enjoyed our time together outside and inside. We took family walks into town for lunch and dinner you can’t get a better location. The rooms are comfortable and having the extra 1/2 bedrooms is so nice. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone traveling to Williams for a family vacation. Thank you

We had a great stay here! Courtney was very accommodating as we were traveling across country with our dogs and cats and needed a place that was ok with that. The house was comfortable and relaxing, and the town was nice. The only hiccup was the city had turned off the gas to the house unbeknownst to her due to a possible leak, so showers in the morning were a bit chilly with no hot water! Not her fault, she sent someone immediately to look into it, and we didn't mind it that much. Overall it's a great place and I would recommend it. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This house was in a great location where we could walk right downtown. The house was so beautiful and accommodated my family for my birthday. The back yard was a great place for us to hang out and bbq. I’d recommend booking this place!

My family and I had an enjoyable, relaxing stay. We were a party of 6 plus a dog. We felt comfortable immediately, as if we were at our grandma’s. You can tell the owners see this as more than a house. It is a home full of warmth. The structure is older, but it has nice upgrades. The appliances are new. The owners are well organized and provided everything and anything you could think you might need. It was helpful to have the information binder as well as brochures of things to do. We loved the back yard. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. It was peaceful and comfortable. We had such a great time, we are hoping to stay again in the future! Thank you, Courtney!!

We very much enjoyed this property. We had dogs who just loved the well secured fenced yard. Beds were comfortable. The large kitchen was well stocked with tons of helpful appliances. Host was very prompt and very friendly. We will stay again!
