Our home is in a rural open sky area. For that reason, the roads are dirt and may be bumpy along the way. Depending on the time of the year there may be mud as we do receive snow in the winter months. You can always double check with us prior to arrival about the road conditions.

Such a beautiful, unique Airbnb! It’s the perfect location to get to the Grand Canyon during the day, and Williams or Valle for dinner. The stars and sunrise are spectacular. We loved walking the quiet dirt roads with the dogs in the morning, and had no trouble driving even in a bit of rain, just go slow. The kitchen is great for cooking and the living room and bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. It was perfectly cozy and warm for a Christmas visit. If you enjoy a remote, quiet getaway, this place is 10/10.

Amazing stay during our visit to Grand Canyon. It took only 30 mins to the NP entrance. The host was super helpful with clear check-in instructions and responsive communication. The house itself was very cozy, clean, spacious and comfortable. At night, it was a perfect spot for stargazing. 100% recommend!

Kyle & Catherine’s place was amazing! Location was the best, perfectly located to visit the park and very convenient to move around - definitely highly recommended if you plan to visit the park and go back and forth. The hosts were amazing and always ready to answer any questions.
