Our home is in a rural open sky area. For that reason, the roads are dirt and may be bumpy along the way. Depending on the time of the year there may be mud as we do receive snow in the winter months. You can always double check with us prior to arrival about the road conditions.

Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft ca. 40 min vom Grand Canyon. Anfahrt gut beschrieben über einen Schotterweg. Das Haus war schön eingerichtet, sauber und es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Gegend ist einsam und ruhig. Die Kommunikation war super, auf Fragen wurde schnell reagiert. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

My son and I stayed at this property for three nights while we were exploring the Grand Canyon, and it was AMAZING!!! The location is definitely remote but is still a quick 45-minute or so trip to the south rim of the Grand Canyon, so to us it felt like two amazing experiences in one!!! As other reviewers have stated, the lack of air conditioning was probably the only downside, however the owners do provide plenty of fans to help with air circulation, and we were able to still rest comfortably in the July heat. I would recommend future renters to adjust your heating/cooling expectations but turn your focus to appreciating the incredible space that the owners have provided. In our opinion, it is a minor inconvenience for the comfortable and well-appointed space in this spectacular location. The night skies above this property have spoiled us, and will forever remain in our memories!

Good accomodations for 7 adults. Close to Grand Canyon. Dirt road for the last mile or so but was nice and private and easy enough to get onto the main road. Need to plan ahead if you want to run to restaurants frequently as there aren't really any only a few minutes away. Which we didn't mind as we packed food for our stay.
