HIGH SPEED WIFI! AS FEATURED IN OUTSIDE MAGAZINE! The Grand Canyon Farmhouse Loft is the perfect home base for visiting the Grand Canyon. The studio apartment has all the essentials you need, and is situated on 12 acres of sweeping, Southwest scenery. You may even be lucky enough to see the Grand Canyon Railroad train pass by on its daily trip to the canyon. You'll be just a half hour from the park entrance (about as close as you can get without staying in a hotel or camping at the canyon).

Good to know

The farmhouse loft is perfect for couples or small families traveling to the Grand Canyon. You’ll find everything you need in the studio-like setup. The bedroom can be closed off with our custom barn doors, or you can leave it open to the rest of the loft. The living room has a pullout sofa bed and flows nicely into the fully equipped kitchen and dining space. STARLINK high speed internet is fast and reliable.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood embodies what living in the western United States is all about: wide open spaces! The Grand Canyon Railway train passed by around 10am And 4pm everyday about a half mile away. If you’re lucky you’ll see it go by!

Guest Access

Guests are free to roam the 12 acres of land that the farmhouse sits on. Feel free to use the deck, to play horseshoe, and to explore the area!

The Farmhouse was clean, tidy and very easy to find due to the guidance provided from the host. The experience was surreal with a very quiet ambiance and even a chance to see the stars in the night. Would definitely recommend.

Cari was great at communicating and her place was so cute and homey. About an hour from the Grand Canyon with an easy drive. Take time to star gaze at night because it was just breathtaking! Peaceful location and beautiful views surrounding the home. Highly recommend if you are looking to explore the Grand Canyon!

Great peaceful stay! Since it is in the country, it is a good idea to get food groceries before arrival. Nice location to the entrance of the Grand Canyon, about 45 minutes away. Nice variety of board games for entertainment.

Carolyn’s farmhouse was the perfect location for my sisters and I as it wasn’t too far from the Grand Canyon. The house was comfortable, clean and perfect space for the three of us. Corolyn was really good at communicating with us throughout the trip and her instructions were clear on how to find the house. Will definitely be back!

The Grand Canyon is great but this spot, just about 35 minutes outside the Canyon was what I needed when the day wrapped and began. I traveled north with a lot of life shifts happening and needed space and nature. This space provided all of that for me! If you're traveling to the Canyon, this is a great spot to rest at the end of the day!
