While this property will feel secluded on one acre, you are conveniently located about 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance and 15 minutes to Williams. Enjoy watching the Grand Canyon Train pass by the edge of the property just twice a day!

The property is located between Williams and the Grand Canyon, which is a water restricted area that has water hauled to the property by truck.
