Welcome to your perfect retreat in Williams, AZ! Steps away from Route 66, this is the ideal location for visits to the Grand Canyon (60 minutes to South Entrance) and the Grand Canyon Railway / Polar Express. As you step inside, the living area features comfortable seating, a Roku TV and plenty of natural light. The open concept leads to a 8-seat dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The main level features two bedrooms and a full bathroom and the upper level also features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. A highlight of our home is the stunning outdoor space - step outside onto the back deck in the fully fenced in backyard to take in the quiet serenity amongst the aspens, junipers and ponderosa pines. Sleeping Layout: 1st Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Two Twin Beds with two trundle twins underneath (Main Floor) 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Upstairs, overlooking living area) 4th Bedroom - Queen Bed (Upstairs, overlooking dining area, connected to 3rd bedroom)
