Cozy up by the wood-burning stove or take a quick trip downtown or to Snowbowl. The Mountainaire community offers the ambience of a quiet mountain community just a short drive from all Flagstaff has to offer. Access to trails galore in the neighborhood!

Good to know

The home is a cozy A frame cabin. Downstairs features a queen size bed and the bathroom with all the essentials you would need for a quick getaway. Upstairs features a full size bed as well as a futon that can be folded into a full size bed as well. To access the upstairs you will use the spiral staircase as shown in our photos. For any other questions regarding the space just reach out to us we are more than happy to respond to any questions or concerns you may have prior to, during or after your trip!

Please remove shoes in the house :) One pet allowed with preapproval and pet fee. Thank you! Flagstaff is a dark sky city! We try to be respectful of this and our neighbors. Please enjoy the backyard ñ, but make sure to turn of any lights when not in active use. Please don’t use the string lights after 10pm.

Neighborhood

Just a short drive off of I-17, the Mountainaire community offers the ambience of a quiet mountain community just a short drive from all Flagstaff has to offer. Access to trails galore in the neighborhood! The roads are paved clear up until the driveway of the house.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard! We do want to note that there is a tiny home on the lot that someone does live in full time. It is separated from the home and there is a fence between the backyard and the home. They won't be a bother and you most likely won't even know they are there!

I would love to stay here again! The cabin is absolutely a dream and a perfect little winter getaway. Payce and Courtney are incredible hosts. They’ve so thoughtfully created this space. They even provided dog toys! I felt really welcome and comfortable. Thank you!!

What an excellent stay. I was remarking to my partner that Courtney is the type of host that makes Airbnb special. Her and Payce’s home had the loveliest and most thoughtful special touches-you can tell they’ve put so much heart and work into the place. Really appreciated ho responsive they were as well. Nothing like making a fire and sitting by it all day with our sweet dogs. The location was excellent, quite and in a friendly neighborhood, but just 15 mins away from downtown flagstaff. Would love to stay again.
